Records of a DUI arrest or conviction remain in Nevada's criminal records for life. A DUI license suspension or conviction will remain in the Nevada DMV's records for life as well, although the DMV reports convictions to employers and car insurance companies for only three years; a license revocation will be reported until the license is reinstated.
